💳 Booking Policy
DEPOSITS: A 30% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (plus £1 processing fee) is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in cash or bank transfer on the day of your appointment.
ONCE YOUR SERVICE IS COMPLETED, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

Your appointment address will be sent 48 hours prior to your booking.
Please complete all booking information accurately.
NO PLUS ONES are allowed.
🔁 Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule with a minimum of 5 days’ notice to transfer your deposit to a new date.
0–4 days’ notice will incur a £10 rescheduling fee.
Same-day reschedules also carry a £10 fee.
You may only reschedule once, and it must be within the same calendar month, or a new deposit is required.
❌ Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations = No refund on deposit
Cancellations within 24 hours = Full payment required
If we need to cancel, your deposit will be refunded within 7 days.
⏱️ Lateness Policy
10-minute grace period
11–15 mins late = £10 late fee
16–25 mins late = £20 late fee
30+ mins late = cancellation +deposit no refund
💄 Client Prep / Makeup Policy
Please arrive with a clean face and freshly groomed eyebrows.
If you'd like brow grooming done for you, there is an additional £5 charge.
Facial hair removal is recommended for the best makeup results.
Individual lash extensions are preferred over strip lashes for a more tailored fit.

💇 Hair Policy
Hair must be clean and in flat cane rows on the day.
Corn row from us extra £10
HD or transparent lace is highly recommended.
Frontal/closure must be longer than bundles for bob styles.
Improper lace or poorly fitting units will result in an extra £10
Poor-quality hair (shedding, melting, dye issues) is not our responsibility.
